Carolyn, Smalls - May 2025

Smalls is a truly special place, our time there has created priceless memories with dear friends and family to last a lifetime – thank you so much for having us Smalls, we absolutely loved it. Such an idyllic location. It is cosy and welcoming, but incredibly well-equipped and beautifully presented.  With its own beach, it really does have everything! The outdoor space is such a bonus You can really switch off at Smalls, sitting in the sunshine eating breakfast outside on the decking overlooking the water and watching the boats and rowers go past, jumping into the hot tub first thing and then again, under the stars.

Daisy, Smalls - August 2025

We visited Smalls in August as a family with young children and grandparents. The house was perfect for us, with direct access to the beach, a short stroll to ferry port and beautifully presented throughout.
A really special home, fantastic for a relaxed family getaway by the sea.
Check in was very straightforward and a the hosts were extremely helpful. We look forward to returning soon!

 Lovely house with a garden that walks straight out onto the beach.
Situated a short walk from the ferry that takes you to directly to Salcombe. The house has everything required for a comfortable stay! Great for families

Duxhams House is perfectly thought out and set up for entertaining large groups. The amenities are outstanding, the fixtures and fittings are high quality and the house was spotlessly clean. The grounds are immaculately maintained and the outdoor facilities are excellent. Dulverton is a lovely small market town with great independent shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. We enjoyed our stay enormously and would definitely recommend this property and host.
